Executive Recruiter

Job Description We are seeking a high-performing Executive Recruiter to join our internal team in a hybrid capacity on the north side of Columbus. This role blends full-cycle recruiting with business development, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both building relationships and driving revenue growth. This role will focus on professional opportunities in HR, Supply Chain, and Administration. This position plays a key role in identifying top talent while also developing new client partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. Position offers base with uncapped commission potential.
