Pay Rate: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 gross per week

Number of Positions: 1

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Travel: All Inclusive

Assignment Length: 13 weeks 

EMR: Cerner

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Call: N/A 

Additional Details about the position

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of the patient's condition.
• Establishes a plan of care that is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.
• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
• Supervises activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.
• Supervises PT & PTA students completing clinical rotations 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1-5 years + experience preferred 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (required within 90 days of employment) 
• Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy required
• Doctorate's degree in Physical Therapy preferred. 

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT  

• NM
