The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies that align with Alphabe Insight's mission and objectives. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in creating and managing communication plans, press releases, and internal updates.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
• Supporting event communications, presentations, and stakeholder correspondence.
• Monitoring media coverage and tracking communication performance metrics.
• Contributing to the preparation of reports, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Maintaining organized communication archives and ensuring timely delivery of all content.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or administrative coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, fast-paced setting.
