Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $88,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from TRS Staffing Solutions Recruiting Manager at TRS Staffing Solutions (subsidiary of Fluor Corporation) with focused efforts in construction, automotive, and industrial… Salary Range: $75-88k plus OT after 45 hours Shift: 2nd shift 2:30pm-12am Mon-Fri with OT as needed Location: Chattanooga, TN Industry: automotive manufacturing, injection molded plastics Main Mission: Manage injection molding department KPIs and main deliverables. Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of on time delivery, and product quality. Develop a team in production, which will provide a consistently high quality product in an efficient manner. Activities Responsible for safety, quality, cost and delivery of assigned shift Responsible to lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives Closely monitor quality levels and root cause; correcting any non-conformances Maintain processes per the process control plans and ensure associates are following the standards Supervise production associates Consistently apply policies and procedures Develop, Implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans Continually work to understand the customer’s requirements in terms of quality and delivery Provide feedback to Injection Area Manager about any quality or production concerns Develop all associates into cross-trained, high performing team members Requirements 3+ years’ experience in automotive injection molded parts production and technical supervision Ability to deploy structured problem-solving processes in injection dept Good interpersonal and organizational skills Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills
