divh2Warehouse Distribution Associate/h2pPrimary Job Duties Responsibilities/ppAssists the distribution department with the overseeing of incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and packages./ppInspects warehouse equipment and machinery to pinpoint unsafe conditions for accident prevention./ppLoads and unloads pallets using heavy operating machinery, such as forklifts and/or overhead cranes./ppMaintains standard operating procedures throughout the warehousing department to meet safety and regulatory compliance./ppCommunicates effectively with supporting departments and distribution facilities to ensure timely and accuracy in customer order fulfillment./ppCompiles educational materials, training, and presentations to instruct staff members on health and safety matters within the distribution department./ppMonitors inventory levels in the distribution department and processes stock transfer requests and purchase orders to ensure materials are ordered in a timely and cost-effective manner./ppObserves the condition of the distribution facility and makes notations to share with leadership for improvement recommendations./ppCollects statistical data on distribution operation times and develops a pragmatic approach to optimize processes./ppEducation/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent required./ppPrior Relevant Work Experience/pp0-1 year/ppEssential Qualifications/ppBasic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills/ppAnticipated Weekly Hours/pp40/ppTime Type/ppFull time/ppPay Range/ppThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$17.00 - $25.65/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
