Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Attorney with expertise in Electrical and Patent Litigation to join their team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing U.S. and international patent portfolios and demonstrate proven production capabilities.

Duties
  • Lead or support litigation as first or second chair.
  • Manage U.S. and international patent portfolios.
  • Collaborate effectively in both independent and team settings.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Proven track record with a portable book of business.
  • Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the bar.
Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Certifications

Bar membership in good standing.

Skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
