Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team. This role focuses on program financials and supports technology leadership in program-wide activities. The successful candidate will coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, plan delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, and manage risks and impediments for defined deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and change controls.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal.
• Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.
• Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, and schedule.
• Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations and reports.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in project management, change management, or PMO.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Financials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
