Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and identify how our coverage options can protect their future.

Draft and present customized insurance proposals that align with the specific lives and businesses of our neighbors.

Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of policyholders by providing thoughtful, ongoing support.

Evaluate existing insurance policies and offer improvements or adjustments where necessary to ensure total protection.

Collaborate with the local team to refine our sales strategies and better serve the Elkton community.

Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure seamless service for every individual we assist.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles or client-focused environments.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building authentic connections.

Confidence in using computers and navigating insurance software platforms.

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Residency in or near Elkton, Maryland.
