Guest Service Representative / Membership Sales
Do you enjoy talking to people and getting paid for your performance? Join our team as a Guest Service Representative, where you’ll provide excellent customer service while earning commission on Unlimited Wash Club membership sales .
As the first point of contact, you’ll greet guests, recommend the best wash packages, and help them save money with our Unlimited Wash Club memberships. If you’re outgoing, competitive, and enjoy helping people, this is the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Educate guests on our wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
- Sell memberships and earn commission based on your performance.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
- Work with your team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable speaking with guests and recommending products.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willing to learn and grow within the company.
