Instructional Designer II

Collaborating with faculty and team members, the full-time Instructional Designer II will develop and implement high-quality online courses while establishing course development standards and conducting quality assurance reviews in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Establishes course development standards and quality review metrics in collaboration with senior staff and faculty Creates and organizes adult learning-oriented online course content and coordinates the production of instructional materials Mentors Instructional Designers I and facilitates course approval and review processes Required qualifications Master's degree in education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field Experience in developing online courses and instructional materials Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Canvas Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and team members Experience in quality assurance processes for educational content
