Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Recueil et analyse des besoins en recrutement avec les Ingnieurs d'Affaires
- Rdaction et diffusion des offres d'emploi sur les diffrents canaux
- Sourcing et prslection de profils techniques (ingnieurs, techniciens, etc.)
- Conduite des entretiens tlphoniques et participation aux entretiens en binme
- Suivi du processus de recrutement jusqu' l'intgration des collaborateurs
- Participation la stratgie d'attractivit des talents : relations coles, jobboards, vnements
Profil Recherche
- Curieux(se), ractif(ve) et dot(e) d'un excellent relationnel
- Attir(e) par l'univers du conseil et les mtiers techniques
- l'aise pour travailler en quipe dans un environnement challengeant
- Capable de jongler entre plusieurs sujets avec rigueur et organisation
- Une premire exprience en recrutement (stage, alternance) est un vrai plus. Vous vous reconnaissez travers ce profil ?
