Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. You will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices to support their recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement rehabilitation interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes according to organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and goals.

Qualifications

• Active state license in rehabilitation therapy.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Rehabilitation certifications, including ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training, are preferred.
• 0+ years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to be cleared through organizational credentialing processes.

Additional Information

This position operates on day shifts with a structured schedule. Orientation and necessary equipment will be provided during the first day. A professional dress code will also be outlined at that time.
