HVAC Tech

Location Field‑based – work conducted on‑site at customer locations in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. Responsibilities Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on‑site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on‑site work. Serve as the direct customer contact, responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location. Use cutting‑edge software and technology along with hand‑tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. Show team effort, maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends, including occasional overnight stays. Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company‑issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience. Technical school or formal training preferred. Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computer (smartphone, iPad). Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years. EPA certification. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.80 - $43.85. Compensation Type: Hourly.
