Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee. 2 - Enrollment in or completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment is neither an offer nor a guarantee of employment.Required QualificationsConduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, emailPrepare complete and accurate tax returnsGenerate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and servicesProvide clients with IRS support All certification levels can provide tax notice servicesCircular 230 associates can provide audit representationMentor and support teammatesYour Expertise:Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 2Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or taxExperience completing individual returnsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentComfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chatAbility to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writingMust complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirementsHigh school diploma / equivalent or higherPay Range: $20.00 - $40.00/Hr.
