The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Decatur, IL. Decatur is a suburban community with its own lake, bike trails, restaurants, shopping, and excellent school district options. Position Details:

• Well established, growing practice.
• Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week.
• 100% Outpatient Practice.
• Dedicated support staff.
• EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot to assist with documentation and support work-life balance.
• J-1 and H-1B sponsorship available.

Position Requirements:

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start.
• Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM.

Compensation Package Details:

• Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656.
• Sign on bonus.
• Relocation funds.

• CME Funds and day per year.
• Annual quality bonus eligibility.

Core Function: Provider Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications:

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
