Painting Canvasser – Job Description The Canvasser is responsible for door-to-door outreach to generate qualified leads and set appointments for home improvement services. This role focuses on speaking with homeowners, delivering a clear message, and accurately collecting contact information. Responsibilities Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners and introduce company services Identify interested prospects and collect lead information Set appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team Track activity and leads using required apps/tools Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements Comfortable with door-to-door interaction Strong communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to follow scripts and territory instructions Smartphone required for tracking and lead entry Preferred Sales or canvassing experience Construction or home services familiarity Role Impact Generates the top-of-funnel leads that drive sales growth.
