Torrance Adult Day Health Care is looking for a Physical Therapist to conduct assessments of new participants. This part-time (few Hours), flexible position focuses on ongoing patient care and works independently, providing valuable treatment planning and collaboration with the care team without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform participant assessments for new participants
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide ongoing physical therapy care and support
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in physical therapy
- Strong patient assessment skills
