We help them create transformative experiences and human-centered solutions for a better world.Role DescriptionSenior AI Platform Engineer with proven hands-on experience deploying and operationalizing Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise in large organizations. This is not an advisory or design role — the resource must have direct implementation experience.The OpportunityLead end-to-end deployment, configuration, and administration of Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise.Manage platform lifecycle activities including tenant setup, feature enablement, access policies, and user onboarding.Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for enterprise AI platforms.Act as the primary technical owner for AI platform stability and readiness.Configure and manage Okta SSO and SCIM provisioning for enterprise AI platforms.Integrate CyberArk (or equivalent PAM tools) for privileged access management.Implement least-privilege access models and administrative role controls.Align AI platform security with enterprise IAM and security architecture standards.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
