We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual design efforts and elevate our streetwear brand across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate strategic direction into powerful visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets for digital, print, social media, logs, brochures, website, and brand campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact visuals that support business objectives.
• Oversee and provide guidance to junior designers; review work and provide constructive feedback.
• Translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Work with external vendors, photographers, and agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or other UX tools a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of creative work.
• Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand identity.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
