Registered Behavior Technician / RBTMake a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician / RBT at the Engle Education CenterPAY RATE - $30 per hour and progresses to $32 per hour (W2 employment)Rate is based on years of RBT experienceOFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening!SCHEDULE:An RBT will work on all student days during the school calendar year, 8am - 3pmLOCATION:Engle Education Center: 107 State Road Rd, West Grove, PA 19390A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral supportThe RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBATo be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations:School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar yearMaintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACBMaintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Safety Care Training (De-escalation, and Escorts & Restraints)
