Avionics Engineering ManagerThe Opportunity:As an Avionics Engineering Manager, you understand the acquisition process behind complex Naval systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to designing and integrating missile systems. We’re looking for an avionics engineering manager who can use their skills to manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process in support of complex systems.At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to transform Mission Systems requirements to improve system performance and sustainability. That’s why we need you, an avionics engineering manager, well versed in acquisition, to help us design and develop future technologies within the avionics discipline.You’ll work with existing teams to understand the current challenges and work with OEMs to redesign, develop, and integrate upgrades to improve the warfighters' competitive edge. You will assist in augmenting designs and algorithms to better system performance. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
