We will rely on the Warehouse Specialist to assist in developing a culture of safety, responsibility, appreciation, and quality service in our pursuit of setting the industry standard for solar installation.Responsibilities:Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful mannerBe a part of providing a safe, positive, and efficient work environmentInventory organization and maintenanceLoad truck with proper material and deliver material to jobsitesInventory tracking as products moves through the warehouseInspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instancesMaintain daily inventory logsOperate forklifts and other heavy machineryEquipment maintenance and upkeepScan items into the inventory management systemRoutine cleaning duties, such as jobsite cleanupReceiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or returnAll other duties as assignedQualifications:Keen attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicStrong organizational skillsStrong mechanical aptitudeValid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record according to company policyReliable transportationPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Certifications:Previous solar experience preferred, but not requiredPreferred forklift experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Ability to bend, squat, stretch and liftSchedule:Monday-FridayWeekends and OT may be requiredWhat We Offer:The pay scale for this non-exempt position is slated to be $18.00 - $26.00, depending on experience, licensing, and education (Pay scale is defined by the Labor Commissioner as the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position)Competitive CompensationGenerous 401(k) option with employer match8 Paid holidaysAttractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageOpportunity for career development and advancement with a rapidly growing companyHigh-energy, fun, and friendly cultureFlexible PTOLGCY Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
