Pacific Companies is excited to present a high-earning Otolaryngology (ENT) opportunity in a welcoming, physician-supported Midwest community. This position offers immediate volume with an established patient base, a modern ENT clinic, and reliable OR access across both a major medical center and a new outpatient surgery center. Physicians join a system known for stability, strong APP support, efficient OR turnover, and a collaborative environment that values surgeon autonomy. With rare after-hours call-ins, no facial trauma call, and excellent anesthesia support-including pediatrics-this opportunity allows you to focus on high-quality care while maintaining work-life balance. Professional Highlights- $700K guaranteed base for the first 2 years?
- 150K Retention Incentive + relocation support
- High earning potential with transparent monthly RVU reporting
- Modern 13-room ENT clinic with procedure room and on-site audiology?
- New ambulatory surgery center opened 2021 with efficient OR staffing
- Two dedicated OR days per week + fast OR turnover (as low as 5 minutes for peds)
- Strong NP support for clinic and consults, with APPs managing routine cases
- Clinic volumes average 22-28 patients/day
- Rare after-hours call-ins and no facial trauma call
- Home-call model with manageable 1:4 rotation (moving to 1:5)
