Role Description This full-time, on-site Certified Personal Trainer role is based at Crunch Fitness in Charlotte, NC. The Certified Personal Trainer will design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging individualized programs for members. Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring member progress, and maintaining a clean and welcoming training environment. The role also involves educating members on healthy lifestyle habits, supporting member retention through excellent customer service, and collaborating with club staff to promote training services and member participation. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to design and lead individualized and group exercise programs. Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse training goals and athletic performance. Knowledge of Nutrition to provide basic guidance that supports members’ fitness and wellness objectives. Current nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM) and CPR/AED certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage members of all fitness levels. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced club environment. Previous experience in a health club or fitness setting is preferred; familiarity with Crunch Fitness programs is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
