We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable Integrated Behavioral Technician/Residential Counselor to join our team. This position primarily serves as a paraprofessional within our educational program during the academic year, providing classroom, behavioral, and instructional support to students. To ensure continuous, year-round employment, the position transitions to the residential program during school vacations, holidays, and summer break, where staff provide supervision, mentoring, and therapeutic support to residents. Schedule
This is a full-time, year-round position with responsibilities shared between Pine Haven’s educational and residential programs. The employee’s schedule and primary responsibilities will vary throughout the calendar year based on the needs of each program, providing continuous full-time employment while supporting students across both settings.
- School Year: The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the employee serving primarily as a paraprofessional within the educational program. Additional evening and weekend responsibilities may be scheduled based on program needs.
- School Vacations, Holidays, and Summer Break: The employee will transition to the residential program and may be scheduled for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on residential program needs and staffing requirements.
