Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Commitment to ongoing education and pursuit of additional post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
