White Plains Hospital is the most awarded and fastest growing hospital in Westchester County - just north of NYC. It’s renowned programs and services provide a wide breadth of specialized surgical care supported by the anesthesiology department. Operations and surgical procedures are performed solely by attendings allowing for exceptional efficiency. The primary mission of this not-for-profit healthcare organization is to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare and preventive medical care to people in the Westchester County area. Our practice provides anesthesia services for a diverse case mix at White Plains Hospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the area. Recent enhancements include a Night Float Anesthesiologist for Labor and Delivery as well as a low frequency of overnight call. We have a vibrant and energetic group composed of 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs from top programs. We cover 41 anesthetizing locations daily. We work together in a care team model. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.**Total Rewards** Base: $375,000 Sign on Incentive: $100, 000CMEs: $1,500 Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available**Case Assignments & Schedule** • Schedule: OB Night-Float 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off**Key Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership**Requirements** • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists**EEO Statement**North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
