Oncology Nurse Manager

Leading a team of Nurse Team Leads, the full-time remote Oncology Nurse Manager will drive clinical care standards, mentor emerging leaders, and implement performance management strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Key responsibilities Directly manage and mentor Nurse Team Leads to develop effective leadership skills and enhance team performance Set and monitor performance metrics across teams, utilizing data to identify trends and implement improvement plans Champion NCQA-compliant workflows and documentation to ensure quality standards and compliance practices are maintained Required qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 8 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role within remote oncology navigation or case management Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), or Certified Case Manager (CCM) Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams to drive performance and accountability Hands-on experience with performance management strategies and data-driven approaches to improve team productivity
