About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Massari Dentistry & Aesthetics as a Patient Coordinator! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while managing their appointments and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients in-person and over the phone.
• Assist with patient intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and office policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• Insurance verification and billing experience.
• Must be a team player with a commitment to excellence.
