Your Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages, from childhood through elder care.
• Oversee chronic diseases, focus on preventive care, manage acute illnesses, and address mental health issues with compassion.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams, evaluate diagnostic results, and craft tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including care coordinators and specialists, to ensure holistic treatment for every individual.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation through electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide care in-person and via telemedicine to best meet patient preferences.

Education Required

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Must be eligible for (or currently possess) a valid Indiana medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
