Sales and Marketing Assistant

DKC Ammunition is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and dependable Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our business. The right person must be able to learn quickly, pay close attention to details, stay organized, and respond to customers promptly and professionally.

Main Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer orders and prepare accurate packing lists.
• Send packing lists and order instructions to the warehouse or packing team.
• Keep order records, documents, and customer information well organized.
• Respond to customer emails quickly and professionally .
• Answer customer questions about order status, shipping, product availability, and general order information.
• Follow up on open orders and keep customers updated.
• Help count and verify products when containers or shipments arrive.
• Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Communicate clearly with the warehouse, management, customers, and suppliers.
• Assist with sales inquiries and customer follow-ups when needed.
• Perform general administrative and order-processing duties.

Qualifications

• At least five years of combined work experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, sales, customer service, order processing, logistics, or a related field is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to respond to emails and customer questions promptly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, spreadsheets, and order documents.
• Able to manage several orders and tasks without losing track of details.
• Professional and patient when communicating with customers.
• Experience in the ammunition, firearms, manufacturing, import/export, or distribution industry is preferred.

This person should be dependable, energetic, and interested in growing with DKC Ammunition.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, use tools, and perform repetitive actions involving frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect produced parts.
