BayCoast Insurance LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Production Manager to lead our Personal Lines sales and remarketing operations while driving growth, retention, and operational excellence.In this role, you will oversee the Personal Lines production team, mentor staff, develop new business opportunities, and ensure clients receive outstanding service and coverage solutions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales goals while building strong client and carrier relationships.What Will You Do:Lead, coach, and develop the Personal Lines sales, production, and remarketing teams to achieve agency goals.Establish, monitor, and evaluate sales objectives while supporting team members in achieving production targets.Assist producers and staff with underwriting questions, coverage recommendations, and agency procedures.Participate in new business development initiatives and identify opportunities to expand agency growth.Review, remarket, cross-sell, and upsell existing accounts to maximize client retention and satisfaction.Analyze quotes and proposals to ensure accurate coverage recommendations and competitive pricing.Oversee pipeline management to ensure timely processing and prompt turnaround of new business opportunities.Conduct account reviews with clients, identify coverage gaps, discuss available discounts, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, underwriters, and business partners.Facilitate sales meetings, prepare reports, and communicate agency initiatives and performance metrics.Audit team activity to ensure compliance with company procedures and accurate documentation within Applied Epic.Monitor Salesforce leads and referrals, distributing opportunities and tracking production results.Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns in partnership with agency leadership and marketing teams.Prepare annual department procedures, process improvements, and operational updates as needed.Support employee development through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.Attend industry events, seminars, branch functions, and carrier meetings to remain informed on industry trends and opportunities.Promote BayCoast's commitment to providing comprehensive financial solutions through referrals across all business lines.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support agency and organizational goals.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, underwriting guidelines, agency operations, and sales practices.Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate employees.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Experience with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied Epic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, comparative rating software, and related insurance technology platforms.Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate risk and coverage needs.Massachusetts Property & Casualty License required.ACSR, CISR, or similar professional insurance designation preferred.Willingness to attend professional development programs, industry seminars, and occasional travel as needed.What We Offer:BayCoast Insurance provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including:Competitive base salary and annual performance incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage.401(k) plan with company match.Pension plan fully funded by BayCoast.Paid time off, personal days, and sick time.Student Loan Paydown Program.Educational Assistance Program.Career development, training, and advancement opportunities.A collaborative and supportive work environment that values teamwork, growth, and community involvement.In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
