Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, document progress, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered, respectful environment that values integrity, clinical excellence, and open communication, while benefiting from mentorship, professional development, and manageable caseloads.
