Job Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt Hourly Employee Hire Rate of Pay: $22-24 per hour based on experience Location: USA Main Area of Focus: Social Photo/Video Trend Research Hart & Highland is a socially‑first creative and marketing studio based in Los Angeles. Position Summary: The Content Creator is responsible for creating organic and paid social video content for clients and Hart & Highland. This role works collaboratively with other team members within the Creative, Social Media, and Performance Marketing departments to create efficiencies and the most effective outcome for clients and Hart & Highland as a company. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for all forms of creative and social media, as well as excited to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple consumer brands. This role must have experience and knowledge of social video creation production needs, such as planning, equipment, and editing. You should be up‑to‑date with the latest social media platforms, trends, applications, and content creation tools. You should have the ability to learn new social media content formats as to keep the creative relevant and forward‑thinking. You should have excellent communication skills, extremely high attention to detail, as well as ongoing determination to meet and overcome challenges. You should be ready to take initiative, keep projects organized, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with coworkers and clients. Responsibilities: Content creation for social media, including TikToks /IG reels/YouTube Shorts videos Collaborate with social media and performance marketing team members to receive and clarify strategy and content needs for each brand/project Help to ensure that content is aligned and on‑brand for each individual client and platform Research, evaluate, and stay informed regarding new social media content trends, platforms, strategies, and best practices Assist in ongoing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Qualifications / Skills: LOVES social media Desire to be a part of a fast‑paced start‑up with a growing team Knowledge of social video content production and editing, including required equipment, props, editing programs, etc. Must have EXCELLENT project and time management skills with high attention to detail Approaches challenges with creative solutions, strategic recommendations, and a positive attitude Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic Resourceful team player Continually brings new ideas to the team for consideration Education, Experience, and Requirements: Must have one of the following: a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four‑year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have at least one year of experience creating social video content Must have experience with Instagram and TikTok Experience with UGC Photography is a plus Experience with YouTube and Snapchat is a plus Experience with direct‑to‑consumer brands is a plus Experience with social media advertising is a plus Experience with project management software is a plus (Asana, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc.) Other Requirements: All applicants must read, write, and speak the following languages: English #J-18808-Ljbffr
