Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers exceptional service beyond their expectations. Make a memorable connection and commit to creating the best possible guest experience. Work in teamwork, follow direction, and collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and an uplifting work atmosphere. Perform job‑specific duties, including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Work hard and have fun while doing so. Cross‑train in each department: Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Must be at least 18years of age to apply. Physical Requirements This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and reach overhead. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers may occur.
