Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Posting Job Description Position Purpose: Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the PACE Program while adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain assigned areas per housekeeping policies and procedures Ensure adequate supplies; request, transport, and store items properly Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of biohazard materials Maintain secure, organized storage areas Promote a respectful, calm environment for participants, visitors, and staff Follow assigned schedules and collaborate with team members Participate in required trainings and uphold compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards Assist other departments and respond appropriately during emergencies Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year experience with elderly/frail populations preferred Strong teamwork, adaptability, and customer service skills Ability to work independently with sound judgment Physical & Work Requirements (Summary): Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 20 lbs.) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform tasks Comfortable working indoors with physical activity throughout the day Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care.
