Sourcing ManagerNew York, NY | Compensation: $100,000 to $135,000 per yearWe are seeking a Sourcing Manager to oversee the sourcing and production process for children’s apparel, from development through bulk production. This role partners with cross-functional teams and global vendor partners to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met, and is well suited to a sourcing professional with mass market apparel experience who is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.ScheduleFull time, based in New York, NY.Compensation$100,000 to $135,000 per year.What You’ll DoThe Sourcing Manager will manage vendor relationships and support sourcing strategy across apparel categories, partnering with Product Development, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle. This includes negotiating pricing, lead times, and production capacity with overseas factories, monitoring production timelines to ensure on time delivery, and resolving sourcing or production issues as they arise. The role also involves evaluating factory performance, supporting continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and global manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring products meet quality standards and company compliance requirements.Required Qualifications8+ years of sourcing experience in the apparel industryExperience working directly with Walmart and/or childrenswearExperience sourcing apparel for mass market retailersStrong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain processesExperience working with overseas factories and vendor partnersExcellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelPreferred QualificationsExperience managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environmentBackground collaborating cross-functionally across Product Development, Merchandising, and Technical Design teamsCompensation and Benefits$100,000 to $135,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
