Position Overview

Analyze material usage, inventory levels, costs, and supply trends to support efficient operations and data‑driven decision‑making. This role requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to interpret and present data clearly to cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze material usage, inventory levels, and demand trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Maintain and develop Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, and charts
• Track material costs and support cost‑reduction and optimization initiatives
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and reconciliation efforts
• Identify data discrepancies and investigate root causes
• Prepare and present analytical reports to operations, supply chain, and management teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
• Experience analyzing large datasets and drawing actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly, both written and verbally
• Demonstrated experience working with and/or leading cross‑functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data query tools
