We offer an opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping immigrant families navigate some of the most important legal challenges of their lives.What We OfferCompetitive salary of $100,000–$120,000, based on experience.Performance-based bonus opportunities.Medical benefit contribution.Paid Time Off (PTO).Support for professional development and continuing legal education.Collaborative, mission-driven team culture.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Meaningful work making a lasting impact on clients and communities.Primary ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients before Immigration Court (EOIR) and USCIS.Handle Master Calendar and Individual Hearings.Prepare and litigate a wide range of immigration matters, including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, VAWA, U Visas, SIJS, and other humanitarian relief.Draft motions, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents, while conducting legal research and developing case strategies.Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution.Attend court hearings, primarily in Memphis and surrounding jurisdictions.Build strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.What Success Looks LikeIn your first year, you will:Successfully manage a litigation-focused immigration caseload.Achieve positive outcomes through strong advocacy and legal strategy.Build trust with clients and community stakeholders.Maintain high standards of legal excellence and client service.Contribute to the growth and success of the firm's immigration practice.Serve as a trusted advocate for immigrant families facing complex legal matters.QualificationsRequiredActive license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.3–5 years of experience practicing immigration law.Strong experience in Removal Defense and Immigration Court litigation.Proven ability to represent clients in hearings before Immigration Judges.Excellent legal research, writing, and motion practice skills.Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.Strong analytical, advocacy, and communication skills.Willingness to travel and attend court hearings in Memphis, Tennessee.PreferredBilingual in English and Spanish.
