Registered Nurse - ICU (Full Time, 36 hours/week, Nights)

Weekend and holiday rotation required. As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative Care Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting patients and families, coordinating care, and ensuring a safe and positive experience throughout the hospital stay. The Mount Auburn Hospital ICU has been freshly renovated and expanded up to 20 beds, providing care at the community level for patients with a variety of critical care needs – from cardiothoracic surgery recovery to respiratory care to kidney failure and more. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred. 1-3 years related work experience preferred License Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. American Heart Association – Basic Life support Certificate required. ACLS required for some specific clinical units. Pay Range: $37.00 - $95.37 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
