Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time Position:
Annual Compensation: 35% of collections (potential earnings ranging from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 per year).
Benefits Include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a $35,000 sign-on bonus, a $100,000 life/AD&D insurance policy, short- and long-term disability coverage, support for continuing education, a 401k plan with a 4% match, relocation assistance, liability insurance with tail coverage, six paid holidays, and additional perks.
Up to $100,000 available for Student Loan Assistance/Retention Incentives over three years.

Qualifications:
Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Ability to obtain a dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance in the designated practice state is required.
