If this is you, below are the specific job requirements:

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Preferred - 4yr bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, technology or a related filed
• Software: Revitzo, BIM 360, Navisworks, Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, Outbuild, Primavera, Microsoft Project and other VDC technology.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, focusing on technology process solutions.
• Strong grasp of all building construction trades
• Skilled in 3D modeling
• Foundational understanding and knowledge of main VDC workflows
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
• Drone FAA Certification is optional, but encouraged

TECHNICAL:

• BIM Execution Plans, frequently communicating with project team regarding deliverable quality, coordination issues, and schedule impacts.
• Provide 3D model development for project teams as needed.
• Provide 4D scheduling support and training for project teams as needed.
• Demonstrates basic ability in creating construction visualizations including renderings and 4D animations.
• Strong understanding of Level of Detail (LOD) modeling standards, recommend, and enforce standards and good modeling practices with all BIM/VDC participants.
• Strong background in BIM/VDC on various commercial construction projects.
• Understands BIM/VDC best practices in the construction industry.
• Understands mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and capable of assessing model development in relation to the design documents.
• Understands and is comfortable working with Lidar scanning tools and software and Photogrammetry
• Plans risk and safety into BIM Execution Plan to ensure appropriate time is allocated for risk management.
• Able to audit and evaluate project schedules for health indicators.
• Integrates subcontractor deliverables into the master model and communicates risks and delays to project team.
• Able to document delays clearly and develop defensible documentation when needed.
• Develop Key Performance indicators (KPI’s) and accountability measures to ensure project success for project teams.
• Assists with the development, management, and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) while encouraging adaptive change and continued evolution.
• Provide technical assistance, BIM/VDC support, constructability feedback, interpret drawings, and develop construction methods in preconstruction and during construction.
• Assists with project pursuits, developing models, virtual work plans, and participating in selection interviews.
• Lead BIM/VDC workshops with subcontractors and project teams as necessary.
• Assist with development of corrective action plans and recovery plans for distressed projects.
• Exhibit ability to independently develop and audit models at all phases of design development with vision toward identifying and communicating challenges and opportunities.
• Assist project teams in developing and implementing project procedures and standards.
• Reinforce, support, and train industry and company standards to produce consistent results.
• Provide strong, efficient, timely deliverables to ensure procurement, submittal, or other project management functions are managed effectively.
• Establish and maintain relationships with team members, clients, project stakeholders, and support staff.
• Increase overall BIM/VDC awareness. Train, monitor, and measure BIM/VDC performance across all platforms.
• Participate in coordinating with other business unit BIM/VDC Coordinators to support the continued improvement of the organization.

BUSINESS ACCUMEN:

• Monitor and measure BIM/VDC goals on projects. Ensure all deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
• Ensure project teams are consistently aware of coordination issues and conflicts.
• Oversee/Review BIM/VDC efficiencies and standards with an aim at constant improvement.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) functions for models. 5. Develop BIM/VDC trainings and teach standards and policies to project teams.
• Monitor BIM/VDC execution performance and provide frequent model reviews and workshops.
• Promote intracompany cooperation and support for the most efficient and effective project delivery strategy.
• Identifies software and process inefficiencies and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Anticipates potential risks and proactively implements mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
• Prioritizes tasks effectively and ensures deadlines are met.
