Process Technician Location: Bolingbrook, IL & Dallas, TX | Employment Type: Direct | Industry: Defense & Aerospace | Compensation: $50k - $65k | Shift: 1st | Schedule: 9x80 About the Opportunity Join a top‑notch crystal growth team and be primarily responsible for maintaining and operating process equipment, preparing wafers and holders, inspecting and handling parts according to product‑specific requirements. Hands‑on experience testing, inspecting, and repairing electronic, optical, or mechanical assemblies; soldering, wire bonding, or machine tool experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, guide other technicians, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity, with the ability to safely handle and assemble small, delicate components.
