We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laboratory Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior laboratory experience and a strong commitment to maintaining accuracy, safety, and quality standards.

The Laboratory Technician will assist with collecting, labeling, processing, and testing samples while ensuring compliance with established laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements.

Location: Belleview & South Ocala, FL Area (In-Person)
Compensation: Starting Pay $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)

• Monday – Friday | No Weekends
• Multiple shifts available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process laboratory samples accurately.
• Perform basic testing and measurements according to established protocols.
• Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and documentation.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and testing materials.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory supply inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of samples.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Adhere to OSHA and all applicable laboratory safety regulations.
• Assist laboratory staff with documentation, reporting, and laboratory logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Previous laboratory experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
