Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – Behavioral Health - Near Knoxville, Tennessee Opportunity Highlights Leadership role at a respected inpatient/outpatient behavioral health facility Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Oversee nursing operations, patient care, staffing, and quality initiatives Work with experienced, tenured clinical and administrative team Reports directly to CEO/Administrator Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $135,000–$150,000+ with performance incentives Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO 401(k) with employer match Relocation assistance available Responsibilities Lead nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care Manage budgeting, staffing, and departmental performance Drive quality assurance and regulatory compliance (DNV/Joint Commission) Support strategic planning and program development Qualifications RN, BSN required; MSN preferred 3–5+ years of leadership experience Behavioral health/psychiatric experience required ExperiencewithQAand accreditation standards preferred… Community Highlights Located near Knoxville No state income tax + affordable cost of living Access to mountains, lakes, and outdoor recreation Family-friendly area with growing amenities #J-18808-Ljbffr
