You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to guide projects from quote to delivery while developing valuable technical and commercial expertise.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of established customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop solutions and ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, pricing discussions, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Answer technical questions and help customers identify the best solutions for their applications.
• Monitor projects from initial inquiry through final shipment while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in account management, customer service, technical sales, industrial sales, manufacturing support, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning CRM and ERP systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000-$70,000 base salary commensurate with experience
