Each Easter, Ringwood produces more than 450 million Easter Eggs & 15 million bunnies for chocolate lovers in Australia and New Zealand.In this exciting role you ensure the provision of a valid finished goods supply plan covering a rolling 24-month horizon which ensures supply of products to satisfy identified market demand whilst maintaining inventory inside company policy. You will drive Continuous improvement within the long-term planning process looking at opportunities to reduce complexity via APO Optimiser and other tools.How you will contributeYou will:Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externallyMeet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectivesPerform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the planMaintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planningDeliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans by using system toolsSupport and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIsWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraintExperience in an IBP/S&OP environmentAble to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the planExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret dataTeam player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryAt Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
