Phlebotomist Float Full Time

Role: Float Phlebotomist supporting multiple Labcorp sites in Bloomington, MN, performing blood draws and specimen collection for various tests including drug screens and paternity tests. Responsibilities: conduct venipuncture and capillary collections across all age groups, accurately enter patient data, prepare specimens for testing, and provide excellent customer service, with occasional administrative duties and travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 6+ months of phlebotomy experience from an accredited program; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced settings; pass color blindness test; at least 21 years old.
