Childcare Attendant

Description Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor children at all times to ensure safety and wellbeing
- Engage children in ageappropriate activities , including sensory play, motorskill development, crafts, games, and storytelling
- Organize and lead group activities such as active play, playground time, and creative projects
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene , including sanitizing toys, surfaces, and play areas daily
- Manage checkin and checkout procedures and communicate with parents about behavior, milestones, or concerns
- Follow all childcare policies and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all children
- Support positive social interaction and help children build cooperative play skills
- Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff
