Job Details Job Location: Pendleton, IN (Pendleton Correctional Facility) Position: Per‑Diem Registered Nurse (Medical) Pay Rate: $43/hour Shift Type: PRN (as needed basis; minimum 2 shifts per month) Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. Qualifications Associate’s degree required. Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required. Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $43/hour 401(k) with company match.
